How Our Training Sessions Work

All our sessions are individualized small group training to maximize each athletes specific improvement. Our groups are between 2-6 athletes, with most sessions between 2-4 athletes. When signing up you select the days and times that you want your son or daughter to workout and we will reach out to confirm which day best fits your son or daughter that will help them reach their maximum potential. Training is one time a week or two times a week, depending on what you select. When signing up for training you are committing to the 3 month session you selected (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer). You will be charged monthly for your selection.
