How Our Training Sessions Work

Spring Session Training Program (March - May)
-12 week commitment starting March 3rd ending May 30th

-4 sessions or 8 sessions per month, depending on program you select (1 day/week or 2 days/week)
-Session length = 1 hour
-Make up sessions offered throughout the program for anyone who may miss a session
-Individualized Small Group = 6 or less in a group

-March Session - March 3rd to March 28th 

(Last week of March off due to 5th week)
-April Session - April 7th to May 1st

-May Session - May 5th to May 30th 

(Memorial Day Training will be made up on May 30th)


-Payment per month $175 (4 sessions) or $240 (8 sessions)
